EasePoint AI was built by a team of students from Arizona State University working closely with local home service businesses. We saw a consistent problem. Missed calls, slow follow-ups, and no clear system to manage leads were costing companies real revenue. Owners were in the field while opportunities slipped through the cracks. So we built a solution around how these businesses actually operate. EasePoint AI answers calls, captures job details, books appointments, and follows up automatically.
